Join us for this incredible opportunity at The Seabird Resort, which is located in the iconic and charming downtown Oceanside. A snapshot of responsibilities guest satisfaction, compliance with standards, recruiting, leading and training of staff. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with a flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader. As a leader of others, the F&B Manager’s influence on the business and customers is driven by the ability to enable the team to achieve success. This position reports to the Area Director of Food and Beverage and the expectation as a leader is to foster culture of care, develop the team, adapt and thrive with change and achieve our desired business outcomes and goals.
This is a salaried position ranging from $66,650 - $95,700.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of Food and Beverage department head experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Must be team-oriented, guest-focused and personable
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Understanding of financials and effective payroll control
- Ability to push, pull, and carry a moderate amount of weight and ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
